Hostboard is SLOW!!!

Yeah it is kind of slow, sorry about that.

The reason I switched is because the other service had a TON of pop-ups. I hate pop ups with a passion so..
Eventually I may get a copy of UBB and just serve it off the HOD server, until then we gotta make do. Seems to be better some day than others though.

It usually takes me over a minute to get into this message board, sometimes less, but rarely. I have a cable modem and a fast Mac and I never have problems on the other message boards I visit. Once I'm in, opening and reading messages is also very sluggish. Has anyone else noticed this?

I'm curious what other hostboard viewers have found. Do they find this delay more irritating than pop-ups? I get lots of "Server is Inaccessible" messages and can't get on this board at all. I hate pop-ups too, but having to wait over five minutes just to make this response is WAY more irritating. I deal with pop-ups everyday so my vote is to go back to what you had before. At least then this forum would be usable.

Does anyone else hate the delay to access this forum more than Pop-ups?
